TalentsFinders was founded in early 2023 with its sole aim being to bridge the gap between young or established professionals with workplaces looking to invest in their workforce. As a recruitment agency based in Poland, we specialize in job openings across four Central European countries: Poland, Cyprus, and Switzerland. This means that we also provide positions for individuals interested in relocating or working from home.

Through Talents Finders, businesses can share their position openings along with any requirements they might have. Similarly, individuals looking for work can share their professional backgrounds with us. From there, our team of recruitment experts becomes the mediator for both parties, conducting the necessary background checks before bringing the two in contact.
